STL Strategic Economic Partnership Association was formed to address the crime and recidivism rate within the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Crime is costly, it increases our taxes and insurance rates and has long term generational effects on our society. Our solution is direct and strategic we offer a second chance to the unhoused and ex-offenders by offering a pathway towards entrepreneurship through our apprenticeship training program within the skilled trades or other high paying career jobs.
